Know your Customer

The NCC requires that the biometric information of consumers be captured before provisioning on any network. Consequently, all our consumers shall be registered using our consumer registration form in the biometric data capture system.

Consumers will be required to provide non-biometric information such as:

• A valid means of identification (International Passport, National ID Card, Voters card or Drivers License).
• Passport photograph
• Utility bill (PHCN, LAWMA, WATER bill etc)

For Business customers, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration as well as utility bill is required
